When growing up, we all think our childhood is “normal”
But whatever it was shapes you….
Growing up in a suburb of Boston in an Italian family .. things happened … A lot
We had neighborhood ‘watch’… but it was not like today’s HOA.. these guys were serious about their ‘territory’
Yes, there were 2 Italian bakeries within walking distance..and corner markets that definately did not smell as nice as the bakeries.
As you read you will see why nothing surprises me…. and why I get bored so easily
Life is better when you step back and really look at whatever just happened with a sense of humor
I hope that you enjoy my sometimes cynical and sarcastic view
